Do I have to pay the Law Clinic for their services?

Will it only be students in charge of my case?
Do you deal with any type of legal issue?

Q: Do I have to pay the Law Clinic for their services?

A: No, our advice and representation is absolutely free. The only costs you may incur are, for example, court fees and sheriff officer fees.

Q: Will it only be students in charge of my case?

A: Two students will be responsible for your case, however, all advice given will be checked by one of our qualified solicitors.

Q: Do you deal with any type of legal issue?

A: We deal with most types of legal issues, but never with family, criminal or immigration matters.

A: We operate on a strict basis of confidentiality. Your information will only be seen by those working on your case.

Q: Can I use the Law Clinic and a solicitor for the same issue?

A: No, the Clinic is for people who cannot otherwise find representation. If you already have representation from a solicitor, this is the best option for you.
