The Law Clinic has an innovative Online Advice Centre, where you can submit queries to receive some basic advice.

Initial Advice Clinics

If you have a legal issue and need some initial advice, and you cannot afford a solicitor, come along to our free advice sessions! Run in the evening and staffed by volunteer solicitors and trainee solicitors, our free initial advice sessions are designed to provide you with the information to help resolve your issue.

Becoming A Client

We can provide legal advice and representing, which includes writing letters, speaking to relevant authorities or opponents, negotiating settlements to disputes, and representation in the courts. Although these services will be provided free, you might still need to pay your own legal expenses, such as the cost of instituting proceedings, or other expenses, such as getting to court.
