The resources on this page aim to assist people who are thinking about raising, or have already raised, a claim against their employer at the Employment Tribunal. They are intended as a general overview of the process and the law only. If you require specific advice on your case, please consult a solicitor, specialist employment law advisor or contact the Law Clinic.
The first set of resources cover the Employment Tribunal process in general. The second set of resources relate specifically to disability discrimination claims.
1. General Employment Law Resources
The Employment Law Resources consist of slideshows which explain how the process of raising a claim in the Employment Tribunal works. The resources are grouped by theme. Each topic is listed below. Once you click on the topic, you will be taken to a page which contains a series of slideshows on that topic. At the bottom of this section is a map which gives an overview of all the resources available.
2. Disability Discrimination in Employment
Raising a disability discrimination claim at the Employment Tribunal can be a very daunting process. The resources in this section aim to complement the more general employment law advice set out above. The map at the bottom of this section lists all the topics covered in this section.
The following resources were prepared with thanks to funding from the University of Strathclyde Alumni fund.
